Very Nice Facility. We rented a 7x10 Temp Controlled Unit. The Manager was very friendly, explained everything in detail, showed us numerous times on how to access the gate. The place is practically new, very clean, and for us is very close to where we live. We actually rented the unit via there website. The website was easy to use, really self explanatory which made it so much easier when we checked in. We will definitely send friends and family there when they are in need of a storage facility.

I have been there almost a year now and have recomended them several times. I started a small business and storagemart was so helpful. My business has grown already and the manager, Boyd has been so instrumental in the process. Storagemart has many options to help my business expand while staying in the same location!! Used this location on two separate occasions, rented climate controlled 10'x20' units each time. Right off Irvington exit. Clean, easy and secured access, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this storage facility.

I'm genuinely happy with the managers at this storage mart. They help me figure out the best way to not stress over my belongings. The manager Boyd Adams, is very helpful! We have been using storage mart for more than 4 years. They are pros at making you feel like you're the most important person if you need help getting moved in or making sure that your unit is the proper size to hold your Stuff. Also have storage for classic autos. If you find yourself needing a unit be sure to give them a call. A secure place to store precious items.

As someone who works in customer service I know what great customer service looks like! The staff was amazing I worked with Jodi specifically an I couldnt rave more about her! She was not only extremely professional but very personable! She made sure I was getting what I needed an even stayed in my budget! If youre looking for a storage unit and want to know your possessions are safe and cared for then your HAVE to go to storage mart and this locations specifically! Thank you for helping me Im terrible at adulting and they made it easy!

This is my first experience renting a storage unit, and I am extremely happy that I chose Storage Mart. The office, grounds, and storage unit are all very clean and well organized. Kevin was very helpful, answering all of my questions and helping me get settled into my unit. The buildings here are very well maintained and CLEAN. The level of security provided is also a comfort; the need for a code not only to enter the property but to enter each building and to exit the property is very reassuring. Also, the rental rates are extremely competitive compared to other clean and safe facilities in the metro area. Overall, very satisfied.

I recently had a major life change, with a move to a different apartment. Because it would be more cramped with all my things, I needed a place to store everything. I came across Storage Mart in my search, because they had a first month special, when Uhaul did not. For this review, I have rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit. I spoke to Zachary if I recall his name correctly. Prior to my visit, I reserved a unit online so I would be able to view it before making a decision. Zachary was friendly and helpful, even letting me see the unit before I finalized the purchase. The unit is everything I need, with service to match. I plan on renting this unit until we get a larger apartment, so it won't be going away anytime soon. Thanks for the great service!

There is no one to contact 24/7 and there has been twice now that we have needed to do so. The first time the gate was wide open with no one around and no one to answer the phone so not secure at all! That was on a Friday evening so we didn't get a call until Monday mid-morning. The second time is right now. As I am writing this my husband and I are locked in right now because the same code that got us in is not getting us out. It is supposed to be a 24/7 facility and my husband has been in here many times in the middle of the night grabbing salt for his clients in the winter, but for some reason the code box is giving an error message of "access denied invalid time." Not happy at all!!! Will be looking for a new spot!!!
