Great experience with Keylock Storage. Rented for 2 months. Felt safe with the gated location and surveillance cameras. Very clean facilities and Shelli was kind helpful. I always appreciate good customer service.

Last year my wife and I were in a bind financially and needed a place to store our things for a short time. We went to many different places and ended up choosing key lock storage. Not only were their prices great it was very secure and had a great on site manager who is now a dear friend of ours. Also, the location couldn't have been more perfect for where we were staying and where we are staying now! I will forever and always choose them over anyone else!!

The facility is very well taken care of, you can tell when you drive in. I get great help when I need something or have questions. I am extremely comforted in having my items stored there for as long as I need.

The manager is super nice and really funny. They have a lot of security equip with cameras. The whole place is also super clean. Really easy access to the storage units and easy and painless sign up.

I work in one of the offices at this location and appreciate how clean it is kept. The gals at the front desk, Shelli or Julie, obviously work quite hard and have been so helpful whenever we've needed their attention. Cheers and kudos for a great place to come to work!! And I might add that the old pioneer wagon by our office fascinates me and fits in so well with the great landscaping!

We rent an office at the Middleton Rd location and the service has been excellent! Shelli is always cheerful and is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. These offices are so nice and the rate is very reasonable. More people should rent here. It's the best kept secret in Nampa!

This is a very nice facility. Not only do they have storage units but they have office space available as well. The grounds are kept extremely clean. The Lawns are manicured well the flower beds are always prune and looking good. The lady at the front desk by the name of Shelly does a wonderful job she's busy all the time making sure everything is kept up extremely well! We rent two storage units and one Office Space. They also have a small PO Box in the front and they will accept deliveries for you as well. I highly recommend keylock storage. Shelly and her team does an awesome job!

If any one needs storage please use these guys! I don't leave very many reviews. But I really needed to because of the experience I had! Debbie was absolutely PERFECT to work with. If I have ever seen someone go the extra mile it's definitely DEBBIE!! For the best service use these guys. This is for Debbie... all I can say is Thank you! There are not very many people in the world like you! You are absolutely amazing at what you do and who you are! I wish the best for you and God Bless!

They set us up with a new unit. The lady is super friendly and have us tops that could help prevent water damage in the winter. We had to wait for a very long time for her to check us out.

I stored here for almost two years we had our entire home in our storage unit. When we went to clean it out we were in shocked to see that mice had got in and completely destroyed all of our possessions! We even found dead mice in the unit, everything was covered in mice pee and poop! When we confronted the storage unit manager she was aware of some units on our side that had been affected even her family's unit had been affected. Yet we where never informed when it had happened so we could check our belongings! We did have insurance with the unit but clauses in the policy made it only possible to get 500 dollars! Keep in mind our entire home was in this unit couches, mattresses, blankets, towels, baby items all of which cannot be salvaged! I would recommend not using this unit but if you do get insuance outside of the storage units!
