Quite helpful, fast and friendly

I need a storage facility for a few months, and I stumbled upon this one on Google. I decided to go check it out today and see how I felt. There are a few negative reviews on here, but I'm fairly confident that you can discredit most of them! I talked with Liz, who works up front, and she not only answered all of my questions, but also showed me a number of different-sized units. The place overall seems very secure and looks decently clean. Needless to say, I walked away today as a new tenant. I would suggest that if you are looking for a place to store some content, come check Keylock Storage out. Liz will definitely take care of you. I will leave two tips of advice to save you a bit of a headache as well: I would leave them a key to your unit (in case you lose yours), and also make sure that you authorize another person to have access to your unit. Especially if, like me, you are sharing it with a significant other. Make sure they are authorized to get in without you, if that's what you want! Should my experience change with Keylock Storage as time passes, I will leave a different review. Keep up the good work!

The woman working the front desk was absolutely amazing. We needed help moving a couch and she offered to let us use their personal truck. She was so helpful and understood what we needed in the unit. I would rent with them again and again.

I run a business and keep my equipment in a storage unit at Keylock Storage, when the power went out during a storm i was not able to access my tools, however when i contacted management about the issue they not only got me in as soon as possible they also made it right by honoring my additional requests. I will continue using Keylock Storage for as long as i need a unit and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit!

I must say the people here at Keylock Storage have been so accommodating with all my issues. They have been right on top of everything for me. I could not ask for better service. Aleena and Marisa were very friendly and helpful during our short period of storage. Our tow car was rear ended while driving into CDA which damaged the hitch on our motor home. Keylock Storage Appleway had one car size storage site available. We stored the car there until it could be transported back to San Diego. The storage unit was spotless. Best of all was working with Aleena and Marisa...they made a stressful situation for us much easier. Thank you Aleena and Marisa.

I went into Keylock on Saturday 3-2 to tour the facility and was met with a friendly face. She showed me a potential unit and was very informative. I ended up not needing a unit however, I felt that I needed to show compliments where they're needed. I give customer service an A+. Thank you for actually caring about my needs and not just trying to rush me out of the office. That is hard to find these days and it was notable.

Online rental was a breeze and they had a really great deal for the month. Marisa in the office is pretty great, super friendly and helpful! I would like to thank Mike and Marisa for always being polite, fast and effective when I come into the office. My mother stores her things with Keylock and we have never had an issue. We were late one month however, they waived the late fee since we signed up for auto-pay.

Have had storage units 2 different times. This last winter the staff did not clear the snow in front of the unit. Lucky for me, I had my stuff in raised pallets! There was a tear in the ceiling insulation, water dropping into boxes. When I told the office..she said there were several like that. Just waiting for the snow to melt! We got a unit at U-haul.

This place is terrible! The ladies in the office are very rude and unprofessional. I would highly recommend taking your stuff to a different storage facility. This location treats customers very poorly!
